Not Guilty But...

Dear Parents,

Since being freaky is not a crime, Michael Jackson was found not guilty on 14 charges. That State of California did not meet the burden of proving every element of the crimes charged. Two out of three elements doesn't count in Crim Pro. However, please do not let you children associate with him. I believe atypical and not socially accepted behavior has been proved.
