Calling Tech Support!

FINALLY I can send email from my laptop. I called university tech support and they suggested disabling Norton Anti-Virus from scanning my email as I sent it. Worked like a charm. Now, if only they would include that tip in their online database! First time in 3 weeks this thing has worked properly.
