Ropeless Jump Rope?

It is the jumping that is the exercise, not the rope. You can't trip on the rope because it isn't there. The inventor has weights that move in the handles to simulate the weight of a rope going around. Actually he only has one handle and is needing money to manufacture the second handle.

It still looks silly to me though.
