What Part of "Recent Graduate" Do They Not Understand?

Searching the job bank at school to see if anything looks interesting. One option is for "Recent Graduates 0-2 Years Experience" and that describes me perfectly. Several employers don't seem to understand that. Several posts have the phrase "extensive experience" or other such phrases that imply lots of previous knowledge and experience.

Hello folks, but recent graduates by default aren't going to have much previous legal experience. I'm just letting you know that. Now if my previous career counts for something let me know.
