I Discovered I Have Discovery Tomorrow.

Topic for tomorrow is Civil Procedure. Topic for Tuesday is Appellate Procedure. I notice there is a section labeled "Discovery" in between those two sections. I'm going to assume I have another 28 pages of an outline to read. So much for working in some PMBR/multiple choice questions tonight.

Those are proving impossible to do. By the time I get done with some of these monster outlines I don't have time to work on more than 10 m/c questions if that many.

How the hell am I supposed to remember all this crap?
