Is 300 Carats Enough Bling?

I think J.Lo. went all woozy when informed of this. Researchers has discovered a way to make high quality diamonds that could grow in size up to 300 carats. The diamonds could soon boost optics technology and gaudily adorn fingers of the wealthy with sparkling rocks up to an inch wide.

I don't think J.Lo. would care that these are man-made diamonds. When you're an A-List Celebrity in your own mind all you care about is size. In theory, the technique should be able to make diamonds an inch big, or roughly 300 carats. The famed Hope Diamond is 45.52 carats.
