SpokesWoman Of The Month - Nicole de Boer

I figured out what part of the problem is concerning my blahs about Confessions; I haven't had a SpokesWoman in a long time. I had to go to Toronto to find her and she's somewhat of an unknown. I'm feel like gambling a bit though. She violates a few rules that I have with the selection process, but her CQ (Cuteness Quotient) is so high I allowed an override. The February Confessions SpokesWoman is Nicole de Boer.
