Definately Going To The Gym Today
Oh yeah I have a 5K (3 mile for you non-metric folks) run this Saturday. I better step it up on my training. My distance running is weird. Sometimes I have little difficulty getting to 3 miles, other times I just can't get the distance I want. Last Saturday I hit a wall at 2.5 miles and had to walk the rest. Sunday was football, and yesterday was Advil and a good shower to recover from football. Heh I have a few hours after class to try for 5K. Anyone want to wish me luck?
