Confessions Poll: Gas vs Charcoal

I know gas is easier to set up. I know gas isn't as messy as charcoal. I know gas is faster because you don't have to wait 30 minutes for the coals to get just right.

Food just doesn't taste as good when it comes off a gas grill. CHARCOAL for me!
