Watching The Train Wreck

I NEED to study! I've been up since OhDarkThirty, gone all day and haven't had a chance to read for two of my classes. Despite my political burnout why do I feel the need to watch the train wreck on TV? Can't I just leave it alone, wake up in the morning and see if we have a leader in the morning paper this time?

EDIT: Upon returning home why did a third party group leave a message on my answering machine to vote for certain types of candidates? If I haven't made up my mind before election day I think it's too late! That money making calls could have been better spent somewhere else, or at least better timed.
